The Screen Protect glasses protect against the negative effects of blue light.

Tablets, smartphones, computers, or TVs…screens are everywhere. And this impacts our well-being: visual fatigue and sleep disturbances are consequences of the blue light they emit.

We protect our eyes from the sun, but not from the blue light emitted by screens. Yet, on average, we spend 5 to 7 hours a day using them! And the light they project impacts our health:

1. Blue light irritates the eyes and can potentially lead to headaches. The reason is that with very short, highly energetic waves, it penetrates the eyes deeply. However, our eyes are accustomed to "warm" lighting, and this is not ideal for the retina.

 2. Blue light delays the secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormone. When emitted in the darkness, it sends a "day" signal to the brain and desynchronizes the biological clock. Many people tend to use their smartphones to (re)fall asleep.

The solution: SCREEN PROTECT glasses

The French National Academy of Medicine* recommends wearing anti-blue light glasses, "especially for children and adolescents." By reducing its impact, these glasses rebalance sleep patterns and reduce eye fatigue.
